With todays automated presses, polyester has become a viable alternative for high quality process color printing. Automated plate mounting such as that found on the Hamada H234A and Hamada B series presses, precisely tensions plates minimizing plate stretch and allowing accurate registration.
The DPX2 is fully automated - capable of producing 20 press ready plates per hour at 2540dpi completely unattended. And, with a plate and chemistry cost of nearly half that of metal, the DPX can give you a real competitive advantage over other ctp systems.
